The Limkokwing University (LUCT) volleyball team lost a spirited first final match against the Red skins Volleyball on Saturday held at Police Training College (PTC).
Red Skins was in the pool A, which they dominated by spanking LUCT 3-0 in the first game.
“I am not pleased with the way we played as a team even though we won this match.” Said Mr Mofokeng Thoto.

The play itself was challenging because they could not get enough time to practise.
Mr Tumisang Machesa from Red Skins side said, the play was very good even though some of the things that were practised did not materialised.” He indicated that their aim was not only to win but also to have players who play internationally.
Mr Tanki Nkau the LUCT captain who is also the coach said, despite the disappointing results the team mates were pleased with their effort.
“This tournament was about our players getting quality touches ahead of the season properly,” he said.
This was the fourth tournament in the league. It was the last one this year, which prepares the road to Durban for the club championship at the end of this month. The winner of the league will be determined at the end of the tournament this coming Saturday, which will be held at PTC.
Lesotho Mounted Police Service (LMPS), on the other hand, beat Green Spikes 3-1, which was in Pool B.
