
The cricketer from Lesotho Mr Atanase Mohapi has been part of the 17 coaching trainees in Pretoria, South Africa.
She learned more in facilitating and coaching coaches. Therefore he is expected to train coaches in the country at large.
He is tasked of making sure that cricket is known in the country after this course which took him seven days from December 2 to 8, 2018.
“Generally I have learned more in this course. I am going to facilitate and coach other coaches in the country so that the development would be done in the entire country”, said Mohapi.
He said other participants in this course came from Malawi, Mozambique, Uganda, Eswatini, Botswana, Ghana, Cameroon, Tanzania, Kenya, Mali, Nigeria and Namibia.
Mohapi became cricket player in 2000 with Ajax cricket club at Teyateyaneng in the northern part of Lesotho. This was the primary school team.
