It is an honour that CFL announces the two-day FIDE rated tournament that will be in two weeks time at Scenery Guest House. The tournament is to make up for the long awaited Winter Open that was not played.
There will be two sections; Open and Ladies’ section. Entrance fee in the Open will be M100 while in the ladies it will be M80.
The prizes still include gaining points for ROAD TO THE ZONALS and ROAD TO RUSSIA.
The prize money will depend on the attendance.
Meanwhile, the clubs’ meeting took place over the weekend and one of the major resolutions was to elect the league committee. It stands as follows Chairman- Motlomelo Monaheng
