Red Skins coach Mr Tšepo Raletooane obtained level III coaching course from Cairo, Egypt.

The course was entitled FIVB Coaches course Level III (Train the Trainers). It started from September 7 to 14, 2019.
41 participants from Brazil, Croatia, Malaysia, Slovakia, Greece, Singapore, Bulgaria, and African countries Lesotho included partook in this endevour. Raletooane was the only Mosotho who attended this top level coaching course and he is the only one in Lesotho to possess these qualifications.
“I am not sure how many participants passed or failed, each received his results when they got home”, said Raletooane.
Raletooane told LSB that he sponsored himself for all requirements of the training, but Lesotho Volleyball Association (LVA) endorsed his application and he is grateful for that.
He stressed that since this effort allows him to train; his plan is to develop other coaches in the country.
“Most of our teams play without coaches or qualified coaches. Therefore my intention is to equip them with coaching skills”, continued Raletooane.
Secondly, he would wish to host workshops for teachers because they are the ones responsible for development at young ages for proper foundation of volleyball.
“But of course I need LVA and Lesotho Sports and Recreation Commission to support my efforts to kick start the trainings” he said.
“The more I conduct trainings is the more I would get opportunity to be instructor in other countries”, concluded Raletooane.
Congradulations to our own Lesotho graduate. Keep up the good work! We are proud of you.
