The Lesotho Football Association (LeFA) has issued a statement about the preparation of return to the football activities in near future.
This comes after the statement passed by the Prime Minister of Lesotho Honorable Moeketsi Majoro about the developments regarding COVID 19.
The PM relaxed many economic and sporting sectors with global and local precautions to be observed to avoid the spread of corona virus.
The statement runs as follow:
The Mafeteng DiFA Compliance Committee underwent COVID-19 training by the District Health Authority. This is the first DiFA to setup a Compliance Committee and expedite the requisite training.
The LeFA leadership urges all other LeFA structures to follow suit in order to ensure that the return to football happens within the ambit of the National Covid 19 Secretariat (NACOSEC), LeFA, Government and WHO regulatory framework.
LeFA and NACOSEC will hold a series of training sessions as of the 6th October 2020 for all the major stakeholders.
