Koto, Dlangamandla to officiate at COSAFA games

The Lesotho Football Association is proud to announce that two of its top referees in Mr. Osias Koto (Central Referee) Siza Dlangamandla (Assistant Referee) have been selected among a panel of match officials that will be officiating at the upcoming COSAFA Cup in Nelson Mandela Bay, South Africa.
