Today, 15th August 2022 is the deadline for the registration of players for the preliminary stage of the 2022/2023 CAF Champions League.
The Lesotho Football Association has successfully registered 27 Matlama players in the CAF CMS as provided by the club for the upcoming TotalEnergies CAF Champions League.
Matlama Football Club was recently drawn against Cotonsport of Cameroon.
The two teams will square off in a two-legged preliminary round qualifier in September.
The first leg match will be played on September 10 and the second leg a week later.
