The Lesotho Football Association would like to inform the football fraternity that pursuant to article 4.3 of the Premier League and A Division rules and regulations, a consultative meeting between the NEC and the Premier League Management Committee has resolved that Majantja FC should register in the A Division for the upcoming season due to the resignation of Kick4life from the Premier League.
To fill the void left by Kick4life in the PL, the A Division runners-up for the past season will engage in a playoff and the winner will be promoted to the Premier League.
Similarly, to fill the 20th team space in the A Division, the two B Divison teams that were knocked out by eventual winners of the B Division league will engage in a playoff to determine the team to be promoted to fill the 20th spot.
