The Lesotho Football Association star Assistant Referee Souru Phats’oane will officiate his second match at the ongoing World Cup in Qatar when Spain and Japan go head-to-head in Group E at Khalifa International Stadium on Thursday.
Phats’oane got his campaign underway at the World Cup as part of the officiating team for the match between defending Champions, France VS. Australia.
He gets another opportunity to be involved in a match involving former World Champions in Spain, who won the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
The decorated Lesotho referee will once again work with the South African duo of Victor Gomes and Zakhele Siwela while Salima Mukansanga of Rwanda will be the fourth official.
